What you will do

• Pre-qualify sales leads received through various channels, including telephone, website, and company events.
• Generate sales leads through outbound calling in conjunction with lead generation programs.
• Maintain sales lead documentation and nurture long-term opportunities.
• Support strategic sales and marketing campaigns through comprehensive data collection.
• Prepare lead generation reports and present results to end constituents.
• Gather and update competitive data and contact information to support future sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, and/or lead generation.
• Strong management, organizational, team building, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hirify.global products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Multi-lingual - English & Italian Fluency is required
• Experience in Payments and/or FinTech related
