What you will do

• Perform precision assembly and testing operations on valves, actuators, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Utilize mechanical measuring equipment like calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to verify build requirements.
• Operate hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment to validate product functionality.
• Work from complex assembly drawings, test specifications, and technical documentation.
• Diagnose test failures and perform rework to meet rigorous quality standards.
• Clean components to strictly defined cleanliness levels.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in East Aurora, New York.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant technical field.
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical work instructions in English.
• Must enroll and participate in the F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program.
• Basic mathematical proficiency including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
