Customer Service Technician

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed internet, video, and voice network equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on outside plant facilities.
• Execute physical tasks including climbing poles, digging to bury cables, and accessing utility vaults.
• Support sales and marketing efforts through customer-facing interactions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the field.
• Assist other technical personnel with complex installations or repairs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including handling 28-foot extension ladders and heavy equipment.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime.
• Basic computer skills, specifically with MS Office applications.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a customer-facing telecom operations technician.
• Basic electricity training or certification.
• ADSL installation and repair experience.
• A+/Net+ Certification.
