What you will do
- Build cloud connectivity products and solutions, and migrate workloads to public cloud platforms.
- Research, architect, develop, test, release, and maintain secure cloud-native platform features.
- Build services integrating on-premises systems with public cloud providers and reusable software libraries.
- Design highly available, resilient, and secure multi-tier applications and infrastructure.
- Manage software components through the full lifecycle, from requirements and design through release and retirement.
- Collaborate with business units, product leads, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to promote cloud development and infrastructure management best practices.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years working with AWS services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with AWS or OCI, CI/CD tools, infrastructure as code, configuration management, and scripting automation.
- Proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation, Ansible, Python or Bash, and JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud security, system administration, relational and NoSQL databases, and software architecture.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, plus monitoring and logging tools.
Nice to have
- AWS or other cloud service provider certifications.
- Knowledge of cloud-native networking, hybrid and multi-cloud strategy, microservices, and serverless computing.
- Experience with AWS CDK, TypeScript, NPM, performance tuning, or cloud cost optimization.
