Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable DevOps solutions in AWS.
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Deploy and operate high-availability applications on Kubernetes and Amazon EKS, including hybrid environments.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, troubleshooting, performance testing, and cost optimization.
• Integrate automated security scanning, least-privilege IAM policies, and secret management into the deployment lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Deep AWS expertise across EC2, EKS, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, and SQS/SNS.
• Strong Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, Linux administration, and Ansible experience.
• Knowledge of networking, security, automated deployment strategies, and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash and the ability to work independently with ownership.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level and availability to work remotely from Europe.

Nice to have

• AWS SysOps Administrator or DevOps Engineer Professional certification.
• Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience with service mesh technologies such as AWS App Mesh or Istio.
• Deep understanding of SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and toil reduction.
