Location: Must be based in the United States (primarily TOLA region) with approximately 75% travel required and periodic onsite meetings in Miami.

What you will do
- Develop and execute a national partner strategy with a primary focus on the TOLA region.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new VARs, MSPs, and strategic channel partners.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships through business reviews and co-selling initiatives.
- Drive partner-sourced revenue and manage accurate channel sales forecasting.
- Lead partner enablement programs including training, certifications, and joint marketing.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development in SaaS/IT/B2B.
- Strong understanding of the VAR/MSP/channel distribution ecosystem.
- Ability to travel nationwide (75%+) and attend onsite meetings in Miami.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency with partner portals, deal registration, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
