Location: Must be based in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary; Hybrid work environment with expectation to be in-office at least twice per week.

Salary: $70,200 – $95,000 CAD

What you will do

• Deliver engaging live product training sessions to facilitate successful customer onboarding and adoption.
• Address customer questions during training with empathy and professionalism to ensure immediate value realization.
• Maintain and update instructor-led courseware based on product upgrades and customer feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging alignment across onboarding and expansion initiatives.
• Coach team members on delivery standards and participate in special customer appreciation events.
• Monitor and manage training schedules to meet utilization and satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training facilitation, instructional delivery, or customer education.
• University degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and group learning dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Curiosity and ability to rapidly learn new software, workflows, and industry concepts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven training.
• Familiarity with legal technology or professional services software.
• Proven ability to adapt facilitation style to diverse customer segments.
• Track record of driving measurable outcomes like adoption and retention.
