TL;DR
Director of Product Management (LegalTech): Leading product vision, strategy, and execution for international markets with an accent on localization, multi-lingual support, and regulatory compliance. Focus on building scalable growth strategies for diverse global regions, managing cross-functional teams, and driving the success of a legal AI product suite.
Location: Hybrid (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, Sydney) or Remote. Local employees are expected to be in office at least twice per week.
Salary: $215,500 – $323,300 USD (based on region and experience).

What you will do
- Own the product performance, adoption, and growth of the full product suite across international markets.
- Lead strategic execution for established regions and enable scalable expansion into new countries.
- Drive global product readiness, including localization, multi-lingual support, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Manage and grow a team of Product Managers while maintaining a hands-on approach to discovery and delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading global SaaS products across multiple regions and markets.
- Demonstrated expertise in localization and multi-lingual product development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing in a matrixed organization.
- Experience leading, managing, and growing product teams.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining execution-focused with an entrepreneurial mindset.
