What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for AI-driven insights features from ideation to production.
• Lead customer discovery and market research to identify and quantify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ensure successful feature adoption.
• Analyze user feedback and product metrics to iterate on features and anticipate customer needs.
• Manage risk mitigation and prioritization within the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to work with AI or LLM-first products.
• Strong systems thinking and first-principles problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, startup, or high-growth environment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results with urgency.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer support or contact center operations.
• Background in product management or strategic consulting.
• Previous experience deploying complex AI features into production environments.
