What you will do

• Own complex client escalations and provide strategic recommendations to maintain high-quality relationships.
• Identify patterns and opportunities across a 300+ clinic portfolio to improve outcomes at scale.
• Refine systems, workflows, and internal documentation to enhance program efficiency.
• Coach and upskill the SEO Representative team through hands-on guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Translate complex SEO strategies into actionable insights for clinic owners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a focus on local or technical SEO.
• Strong command of website architecture, information hierarchy, and on-page fundamentals.
• Deep working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Google Business Profile.
• Proven track record in a leadership or training capacity.
• Experience managing multi-site or portfolio-scale SEO environments.
• Must be based in Canada.
