• Serve as the primary data voice in high-stakes C-suite and external stakeholder meetings.
• Synthesize raw data outputs into board-ready presentations that influence multi-million dollar decisions.
• Act as a change agent to pivot the organization toward evidence-based, data-driven decision-making.
• Navigate and resolve conflicting stakeholder interests using objective data insights.
• Align data science and engineering roadmaps with high-value business outcomes.
• Conduct rapid analytics using modern agentic tools to support leadership discussions.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading high-level discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of data science workflows, analytics engineering, and statistical significance.
• Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive-level communication.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify data-driven levers for financial optimization.
• Must be currently located in the U.S. for potential visa transfer sponsorship.
