Salary: $293,000 – $325,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end operational design for the sales lifecycle, from lead routing and opportunity management to deal execution.
- Establish high-quality top-of-funnel engines by defining lead routing and enrichment strategies.
- Lead territory design and account structure management during fiscal planning cycles.
- Develop and enforce pipeline governance, including opportunity design and inspection criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing Ops, Systems, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to build scalable infrastructure.
- Drive commercial operations to remove friction in late-stage sales, security questionnaires, and compliance requests.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles at a high-growth technology company.
- Significant people management experience.
- Deep expertise in designing and scaling sales systems, processes, and workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, and data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and project management.
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence.
