Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with 3 office days and 2 work-from-home days, plus WFA options.

Salary: €5,000–€7,000 gross per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies.

What you will do

• Develop and scale the core scraping API suite for enterprise clients.
• Lead the development of new AI-native products from 0 to 1, including copilots, agents, AI search, and intelligent data tools.
• Navigate technical challenges related to web data, crawling infrastructure, data extraction, and large-scale data processing.
• Collaborate with machine learning teams on model evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI product quality assurance.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON, HTML, large language models, embedding models, RAGs, and MCPs.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-native products.
• Familiarity with web data, crawling infrastructure, or data extraction.
• Experience in an early-stage startup or a new ventures or innovation team.
• Background working with machine learning teams on model evaluation, prompt engineering, or AI product QA.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius, Lithuania, with three office days per week.
