Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; Workplace: Hybrid

Gross salary: €5,000–€7,000 per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies.

What you will do

• Define, prototype, and validate 0-to-1 AI-native product concepts using large language models and intelligent automation.
• Own the vision and roadmap for the core scraping API suite, balancing developer experience, data quality, and enterprise scalability.
• Conduct structured discovery with enterprise buyers, data engineers, and early adopters.
• Partner with engineering teams to architect API solutions and design AI product experiences.
• Track usage telemetry, expansion revenue, and technical metrics to guide product and commercial decisions.
• Communicate roadmap trade-offs, uncertain bets, and market gaps to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with API-first or developer-facing B2B products, or meaningful 0-to-1 product launch experience.
• Strong familiarity with AI concepts such as LLMs, AI agents, RAGs, MCPs, or technical expertise with REST APIs, web infrastructure, JSON, and HTML.
• Ability to connect technical product decisions with pricing, business outcomes, and revenue growth using data and telemetry.
• Comfort working with significant ambiguity and making progress without an established roadmap.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including writing product specifications and explaining complex technical or AI concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience building or shipping AI-native products such as copilots, agents, AI search, or intelligent data tools.
• Familiarity with web data, crawling infrastructure, or data extraction.
• Experience in an early-stage startup or a new ventures and innovation team.
• Experience working with ML teams on model evaluation, prompt engineering, or AI product QA.
