• Lead the strategy and execution of complex, global product launches and go-to-market campaigns.
• Manage integrated marketing initiatives across diverse channels including contract, retail, digital, and events.
• Partner with product development, management, and channel leads to maximize product visibility and performance.
• Develop comprehensive marketing collateral from messaging and positioning to creative briefs.
• Oversee launch budgets to ensure optimized ROI and sustained brand health.
• Drive strategic alignment across matrixed departments to improve execution efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in product or brand marketing.
• Proven global experience in B2B and B2C environments.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-facing content.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and eligible for E-Verify participation.
