Location: Flexible hybrid role, potential for occasional in-person events in the US.

Compensation: $61,875 - $128,750/yr

What you will do

  • Identify emerging market trends and customer needs to influence product feature enhancements.
  • Utilize AI-powered research and analytics tools to develop competitive market positioning.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize backlogs based on data-driven insights.
  • Support GTM, Sales, and Marketing teams during commercialization workstreams.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to inform the evolution of DSP products and features.
  • Contribute to executive-level strategic updates and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic media strategy, digital advertising, or ad-tech.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of DSP/SSP dynamics and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to advertising technology.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations spanning multiple time zones.
  • Focus on future-forward ad-tech solutions like cookieless identity and sustainable media buying.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
