• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and measure strategic initiatives improving marketplace performance.
• Translate complex data into strategic narratives for senior leadership to guide decision-making.
• Design and implement A/B experiments to evaluate new strategies and measure business impact.
• Build scalable analytical frameworks to monitor marketplace health and identify opportunities.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to business leaders, identifying hypotheses to test and driving alignment.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in business analytics or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with large, complex datasets.
• Strong business intuition with the ability to uncover the underlying drivers of data.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills suitable for executive-level communication.
• Solid foundation in statistical analysis, data modeling, and experimentation design.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
