What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 configuration management and DevOps engineers.
• Design, automate, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for high performance and scalability.
• Drive architectural decisions for configuration management and release orchestration.
• Leverage AI and machine learning to optimize build pipelines and predictive monitoring.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure 24/7 reliability of development cycles and systems.
• Partner with development, QA, and security teams to implement robust branching, testing, and compliance strategies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in software design, development, and infrastructure management.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or management roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Deep familiarity with source code management systems such as Perforce or Git.
• Advanced proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Perl, and Shell.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience integrating AI-powered code analysis and security scanning tools.
• Prior track record of managing distributed or global technical teams.
