What you will do

• Own and evolve platform tooling that enables reliable, safe, and fast software delivery.
• Architect and implement infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and deployment automation across hybrid platforms.
• Lead CI/CD and release process improvements for environments spanning GCP, AWS, Azure, and customer self-hosted infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and drive adoption of DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Field Engineers, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Streamline developer workflows and improve developer experience through better tooling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of DevOps or cloud/on-prem engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) plus on-premises infrastructure experience.
• Strong infrastructure-as-code and automation/configuration management skills (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting (e.g., Go, Python, Bash).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and deep understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proven leadership/mentoring experience and ability to work cross-functionally with Solutions Architects and Field Engineers.

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect).
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog).
• Familiarity with security best practices in hybrid environments.
