What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for finance transformation, process automation, and AI-driven insights.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, upholding high standards for product craft and technical depth.
• Lead the execution of critical initiatives including reconciliation tooling and SOX-compliant financial reporting pipelines.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on crypto and fiat reconciliation, treasury workflows, and accounting operations.
• Partner with senior leadership (CFO, CAO) to prioritize high-impact initiatives and communicate risks and timelines.
• Design and implement change management and training programs to drive adoption of new tech across finance teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing other PMs.
• Computer Science degree or Software Engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in financial products, accounting pipelines, and financial reporting.
• Proven track record of building scalable solutions for treasury management and financial operations.
• Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Glean) to improve professional efficiency.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders such as the CFO and Chief Accounting Officer.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional certifications like CPA and CFA.
• Expertise in AI/ML, RPA, or low-code automation applied to finance.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and audit readiness at scale.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and FP&A budgeting tools.
