What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end IT Asset Management (ITAM) lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Manage digital certificates, including timely renewals and compliance within ServiceNow.
• Define and maintain CMDB data standards to ensure accurate configuration records and service mappings.
• Act as the SIAM authority, guiding internal teams and suppliers on data quality and process adoption.
• Conduct regular audits and collaborate with cybersecurity teams to verify infrastructure compliance.
• Provide training and support for automated workflows related to asset and certificate management.

Requirements

• ITIL 4 Foundation certification required.
• ServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals (SNDF) certification required.
• Strong knowledge of ITAM discovery tools and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with digital certificate management and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Experience working in an ITIL-aligned or SIAM-based environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
