What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across SaaS platforms like Google Workspace and Okta.
- Troubleshoot device management configurations and provide deskside user support.
- Manage the full hardware lifecycle including inventory and device setup.
- Design automated solutions for common operational problems and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure security compliance through thoughtful design and system configuration.
- Create technical documentation to capture knowledge and improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting technical teams.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Background in scripting with Python or Bash for task automation.
- Experience supporting environments that handle sensitive or classified data.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC2 or ISO 27001.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of IAM technologies including SAML, SCIM, and OIDC.
- Experience managing configurations via git and Terraform.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in macOS and Linux environments.
- Expert knowledge of MDM platforms and security policy configuration.
