TL;DR
TechOps Specialist (IT Support): Providing internal IT support and building a world-class IT experience at with an accent on managing IT assets, configuring MDM tools, and administering identity management solutions. Focus on maintaining network infrastructure, securely configuring SaaS tools, and providing audio-visual support for meeting rooms and company events.
Location: On-site in Birmingham, within commuting distance to the hub. Requires being in the office at least 4 days per week.
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000

What you will do
- Be part of a global TechOps team, supporting employees across all hubs.
- Work on tickets in Zendesk, providing route analysis and improving processes.
- Assist with the lifecycle of assets, including cataloging, repair, shipping, inventory, and purchasing.
- Configure and maintain MDM tools, deploying new configurations and managing applications.
- Administer Okta, creating workflows, implementing new/existing SaaS using SAML, SCIM, and leveraging APIs.
- Maintain network infrastructure and associated systems through core skills and change management.
Requirements
- Experienced in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt accordingly.
- Experienced in providing internal IT Support.
- Operational experience supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Administration experience implementing & managing modern MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf Pro.
- Administration experience managing identity management tools such as Okta & Active Directory.
- Experience managing modern SAAS tools (Slack, Notion, Box & Zoom).
