TL;DR
IT Support Analyst (Fintech): Providing first-line and second-line support for end-user computing and core workplace technology with an accent on workstation provisioning and endpoint hygiene. Focus on resolving incidents within SLAs, maintaining system compliance, and supporting a 24/7 production environment.

What you will do
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT end-user support for the London office and remote support for other global regions.
- Provision and maintain workstations, VDIs, laptops, phone systems, and AV equipment.
- Manage and document incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain a knowledge base and ensure systems are compliant with the latest security patches.
- Manage corporate asset inventory using ITAM solutions.
- Participate in a weekend on-call rotation to ensure continuity in a 24/7 production environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an IT Support role.
- Proficiency in desktop/server virtualization, VPN solutions, and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to perform manual handling of equipment up to 20kg.
- Must be based in London to support users locally.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of scripting languages, specifically PowerShell.
- Experience with Windows 11 and macOS administration.
- Proficiency in Active Directory administration.
- Experience creating basic virtual machines with VMware.
