IT Support Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT end-user support for the London office and remote support for other global regions.
• Provision and maintain workstations, VDIs, laptops, phone systems, and AV equipment.
• Manage and document incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain a knowledge base and ensure systems are compliant with the latest security patches.
• Manage corporate asset inventory using ITAM solutions.
• Participate in a weekend on-call rotation to ensure continuity in a 24/7 production environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an IT Support role.
• Proficiency in desktop/server virtualization, VPN solutions, and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to perform manual handling of equipment up to 20kg.
• Must be based in London to support users locally.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of scripting languages, specifically PowerShell.
• Experience with Windows 11 and macOS administration.
• Proficiency in Active Directory administration.
• Experience creating basic virtual machines with VMware.
