What you will do

• Own real-time support of live trading systems for clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues across order flow, market data, and exchange connectivity.
• Diagnose FIX and API integrations (REST/WebSocket) using logs and protocol analysis.
• Operate in Linux environments to investigate and resolve incidents.
• Partner with engineering to identify root causes and drive permanent fixes.
• Build lightweight scripts and tools using Python or Bash to improve monitoring and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting trading systems in capital markets or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle, execution workflows, and market data.
• Experience debugging FIX and API-based integration session and message issues.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and log analysis.
• Experience with distributed or cloud-based production systems.
• Working knowledge of Python or Bash for troubleshooting and automation.
