TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the UK, supporting offices in London and Cossington)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary IT support contact for the London office, providing deskside and remote assistance to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD), including user provisioning and license management.
  • Manage network infrastructure and maintain Windows and macOS environments across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and service requests to ensure a high-quality end-user experience.
  • Contribute to IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and SaaS integrations.
  • Identify and deliver operational improvements through automation and AI, specifically using tools like N8N.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an IT Systems Engineer with confidence in supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Azure AD environments.
  • Technical expertise in supporting both Windows and macOS devices in a business setting.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
  • Experience using PowerShell for task automation and familiarity with Jira for service desk management.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from London or Cossington (UK).
