Customer Marketing Intern

TL;DR

Customer Marketing Intern (Marketing): Supporting the customer marketing team in executing promo plans and analyzing sales performance with an accent on data management and client coordination. Focus on store check monitoring, competitor analysis, and POS material creation to drive brand presence in the beauty sector.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: up to 10 days work from home per month).

What you will do

• Prepare and present sales analysis to support team decision-making.
• Collaborate with key clients and agencies on marketing activities and POS material creation.
• Manage assigned client accounts, including promo plan implementation and effectiveness assessment.
• Act as a brand ambassador and lead CCT meetings.
• Monitor competitor promotional activities and conduct regular store checks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Marketing.
• Very good command of English language.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Proactive team player attitude.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AC Nielsen tools.
• Experience with SAP.
