Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Affiliation and Comparison Sites)

Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland, with office attendance 3 days per week

What you will do

• Own and scale affiliate, comparison, and corporate benefit performance channels.
• Lead the partner ecosystem and feed operations, ensuring accurate pricing and product attributes.
• Monitor performance daily, forecast results, and drive data-led channel optimization and reporting.
• Build and manage relationships with external publishers, marketplaces, and comparison partners.
• Optimize feeds to improve visibility, share of voice, and performance across partner platforms.
• Implement validation processes to reduce fraud, low-intent traffic, and inefficient spend.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience owning and scaling affiliate and partner-driven performance channels.
• Experience working across European markets.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and ROAS/CIR efficiency.
• Expertise in feed operations and marketplace management.
• Ability to drive data-led optimization and strategic reporting.
• Fluent Polish and good command of English; regular attendance at the Warsaw office is required.

Nice to have

• German, French, or Italian language skills.
• Experience collaborating with Data Insights and Brand teams.
• Understanding of corporate benefit systems and external marketplaces.
• Experience with fraud prevention, traffic validation, and documented operational governance in a scale-up environment.
