What you will do

• Own and scale affiliate, comparison, and corporate benefit platforms
• Lead partner ecosystem and feed operations for pricing/attribute accuracy
• Drive data-led optimization, daily monitoring, and forecasting
• Manage relationships with publishers, marketplaces, and partners
• Optimize feeds for visibility, share of voice, and performance
• Implement validation to reduce fraud and inefficient spend

Requirements

• At least 3 years owning/scaling affiliate/partner channels
• Experience across European markets
• Fluent Polish and good command of English
• Working in Warsaw office 3 days a week
• Strong analytical skills focused on ROI/ROAS efficiency
• Expertise in feed operations and marketplace management
• Ability to drive data-led optimizations and reporting
