What you will do

• Launch, scale, and optimize advertising campaigns (Google/Social/Native/R&D).
• Analyze metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and transform data into actionable solutions.
• Experiment with new approaches, channels, and formats.
• Participate in creative brainstorms with designers, marketing leaders, and the product team.
• Analyze competitors' campaigns, messages, creatives, and funnel structures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, analytics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in working with numbers, analytics, and dashboards.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes and think outside the box.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Proactive with initiative to propose, test, analyze, and drive processes forward.
• English: B2+ required for working with foreign markets and materials.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and understanding of their impact on the company's P&L.
• Practical experience launching campaigns in Google/Meta or other performance channels.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for analysis, A/B testing, and budget planning.
• Experience in Big 4 / Big 3.
