What you will do

  • Act as the Marketo super user and centre of excellence for the organization.
  • Manage CRM integrations, specifically Salesforce, to ensure seamless lead flow and high data quality.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to articulate campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
  • Build and maintain customer segmentation frameworks for targeted, personalized campaigns.
  • Oversee lead scoring, routing, and pipeline development to ensure delivery of high-quality leads.
  • Document operational processes and build playbooks that enable global consistency and scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a related field.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Marketo.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
  • Solid understanding of lead management, demand generation, and pipeline mechanics.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA).
