Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Poland; hybrid role requiring office presence ~3 days per week.

What you will do

• Drive the growth of the Patron community by designing and executing impactful outreach initiatives.
• Manage the Patrons' Discord server, ensuring a welcoming, transparent, and respectful environment for all supporters.
• Collaborate with Brand, PR, Marketing, and Product teams to align community activities with preservation goals.
• Report on key growth metrics and community engagement, implementing data-driven improvements.
• Handle sensitive community issues and maintain a positive brand reputation under pressure.
• Craft clear, empathetic communications to keep our most invested members valued and informed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in dedicated community management for highly engaged, private groups.
• Deep expertise with Discord server management, moderation, and community feedback loops.
• Native-level proficiency in English for crafting clear and impactful messages.
• Demonstrated success in creating initiatives that inspire community growth and outreach.
• Strong passion for PC gaming, particularly classic titles and their cultural significance.
• Experience in crisis management and maintaining a positive brand presence.

Nice to have

• Background in digital marketing or PR within the gaming industry.
• Prior experience with community growth analytics and reporting.
