What you will do

• Manage all renewal opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio and analyze account health.
• Coordinate with CSMs and Account Managers to strategize and maximize bookings.
• Conduct discovery and handle customer objections to ensure predictable closing of opportunities.
• Negotiate terms with customers to prevent churn and secure optimal agreements.
• Generate pricing quotes and manage the 30, 60, and 90-day opportunity pipeline.
• Maintain precise administration of deals and forecasts within Salesforce.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or negotiation.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the IT Security field.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in London, England.
