What you will do

• Strategically prospect and close high-impact publisher accounts to expand the company portfolio.
• Analyze CRM data and market intelligence to forecast growth and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Product team to translate market needs into product enhancements.
• Manage end-to-end execution of complex, non-standard deals and custom technical configurations.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key industry decision-makers through proactive communication.
• Mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance on complex negotiations and sales execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Publisher Sales within the AdTech industry
• Established contact list of publishers
• Proven track record of success in hunter-style sales roles
• Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong time management and prioritization capabilities
