What you will do
- Review and edit pre-bills while ensuring compliance with client-specific guidelines.
- Manage the electronic submission of bills and resolve any associated submission issues.
- Apply retainer funds and handle split billing as required by attorney requests.
- Collaborate with the Billing Manager and other specialists on billing projects and initiatives.
- Maintain high volume billing output while ensuring accuracy of documentation.
- Troubleshoot technical billing software issues and provide support to the accounting team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of billing experience at a professional services firm with required legal billing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with legal billing software, specifically Elite 3E or comparable platforms.
- Experience with eBilling Hub or similar third-party administrative systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-stress environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with attorneys and clients.

- Associate's degree in a related field.
