What you will do

• Configure and set up computers and workstations
• Track and manage IT hardware inventory
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing hardware assets
• Provide basic desktop support and troubleshoot peripherals
• Follow documented procedures to complete technical tasks consistently
• Collaborate with team members on daily IT operations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in desktop support or IT support
• Strong ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable with physical tasks like bending and standing while moving equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work onsite in Downers Grove, IL
