What you will do

• Lead teams in performing strategic assessments of client technology environments against best practices and maturity frameworks.
• Develop value-add recommendations and implementation roadmaps to meet specific client needs.
• Lead application package selection, solution design, and implementation planning for mid to large-sized organizations.
• Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data to synthesize output for senior audiences.
• Drive the development of financial and qualitative business cases to support IT transformations and process improvements.
• Coach and develop team members while contributing to practice thought leadership and service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or MIS preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategy Consulting focused on technology-related engagements.
• Experience in IT organization assessment, capability-to-strategy alignment, and operating model design.
• Expertise in package selection, implementation planning, and application architecture model development.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
• Must be based in the US to comply with the hybrid work model.
