What you will do

• Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute strategies that modernize revenue operations via AIOS.
• Map current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows that translate into revenue outcomes.
• Execute adoption and change management initiatives to embed hirify.global into daily team rhythms.
• Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes and demonstrate strategic ROI.
• Own renewal strategy and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
• Collaborate internally to ensure an exceptional customer experience across the entire journey.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing relationships and ROI conversations with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product, Support, Marketing) to drive customer centricity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Must be based in the US.
