What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of account executives focused on acquiring new mid-market customers.
  • Establish and enforce an operating cadence for pipeline generation, deal progression, and accurate forecasting.
  • Coach reps on multi-threaded deal strategies and high-level value articulation for complex, solution-based sales.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, SDRs, and Solutions Consulting to optimize go-to-market performance.
  • Engage directly with senior finance stakeholders, including CFOs and controllers, to align platform capabilities with business outcomes.
  • Recruit and ramp high-performing sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS or technology organizations.
  • 8+ years of experience in complex, solution-based selling environments.
  • Proven track record of managing longer sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Experience selling to or coaching teams selling to the office of the CFO.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
