Location: Must be based in New York, NY and comfortable with daily field-based territory management in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 base + uncapped commission (Estimated OTE: $125,000+)

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a curated territory of fine dining and upscale restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
  • Build consultative relationships with restaurant owners, GMs, and executive chefs to secure exclusive experiential inventory.
  • Execute the full sales cycle, from cold prospecting and walk-ins to in-person presentations and contract closing.
  • Develop and implement a strategic territory plan with consistent pipeline management via Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to optimize partner offer performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in NYC and available for daily field travel within the assigned territory.
  • 2+ years of field sales experience in food tech, hospitality, or SMB sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals with a hunter mentality.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build relationships with seasoned restaurateurs.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
