Principal Product Manager (AI): Driving the building of world-class AI applications that delight consumers and deliver business results with an accent on understanding user needs and behaviors, defining product requirements, and managing end-to-end product development. Focus on translating business goals into strategy, user experience, and technical requirements in close collaboration with various teams.

Location: Expected to work from the office at least four days per week if living within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S.

Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year.

What you will do

• Drive building world-class AI applications that will delight consumers and deliver business results.
• Own a product area and be responsible for understanding user needs and behaviors.
• Define product requirements, managing end-to-end product development, launches and iterations.
• Translate business goals into strategy, user experience and technical requirements.
• Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, measure success with data and research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
• Experience building Ads products, AI consumer products, and monetization products and B2B.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience leading cross functional product teams across advertising, privacy, search, conversational AI, or generative AI.
• Experience delivering products that include full Search and/or Advertising technology stack.
• Experience with data analytics and experimentation tools with working knowledge of SQL and coding skills (Python, Javascript).
