Product Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, United States; on-site attendance is required. Relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Design and ship end-to-end product flows for the recruiter dashboard.
• Speak directly with recruiters to understand workflows and improve user experiences.
• Build submission, role discovery, pipeline tracking, calibration, scoring, and recommendation features.
• Integrate AI summaries, Q&A, transcript pre-fill, and recommendations into user-facing interfaces.
• Develop internal tools, growth features, billing flows, and gamification experiences.
• Improve UI polish, performance, interaction details, and long-term product quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack product engineering experience.
• Ability to own systems end-to-end, from frontend through backend.
• Strong product intuition, customer empathy, and programming fundamentals across modern web stacks.
• Experience working in fast-moving, product-driven environments.
• High ownership and comfort operating without heavy process.
• Ability to work on-site in New York is required.

Nice to have

• Early-stage or founding team experience.
• Experience in HR tech, recruiting, CRM, or power-user tools.
• Experience integrating AI features into user-facing products.
• Growth engineering experience.
