What you will do

  • Build and lead the AI control plane including the AI Gateway, MCP Registry, and Agent/Skills Marketplaces.
  • Scale the AI Platforms team and define the long-term vision for foundational infrastructure.
  • Operationalize GRC frameworks for AI, including risk reviews, auditability, and policy enforcement.
  • Lead FinOps for AI, managing usage tracking, cost controls, and vendor relationships.
  • Establish a Trust, Safety, and Red Teaming unit to ensure responsible AI use and content safety.
  • Collaborate with Security, Legal, and AI SWE teams to ensure reliable and compliant deployments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in platform engineering or large-scale infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of leading infrastructure teams at scale, preferably in AI/Data environments.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML systems, including LLMs and their operational challenges.
  • Experience working within security, compliance, or highly regulated environments.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and deeply technical levels.
  • Strong leadership skills to build teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
