Salary: CAD 43,000 - 64,000 annually

What you will do
- Manage the general claims inbox and provide timely responses to all enquiries.
- Handle phone enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a 24-hour turnaround time from email notification to assignment.
- Maintain and update claim drive folders and Claims Bordereaux.
- Process payment requests, wire transfers, and remittances to vendors and payees.
- Support various daily administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Must be based in Toronto, Ontario.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Direct experience in Insurance is considered an asset.
