Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 + Equity & Bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding for mid-market accounts from post-sale handoff to successful launch.
• Support enterprise implementations by managing specific workstreams like workspace setup and stakeholder coordination.
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customers, managing communication and risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to resolve blockers.
• Lead tailored training sessions for various customer stakeholders, from ops teams to executives.
• Develop and document scalable onboarding processes, playbooks, and templates.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record of managing onboarding projects with multiple stakeholders and strict timelines.
• Ability to drive product adoption and time-to-value through live trainings and enablement materials.
• Strong project management and communication skills for running customer calls and tracking milestones.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office 3 days a week.
