What you will do

• Lead the execution and coordination of national venture capital funds, fund-of-funds, and blended finance vehicles.
• Own the fundraising process across DFIs, multilateral organizations, government agencies, and family offices.
• Develop investment theses and detailed financial models to design and refine capital structures.
• Support the development of sovereign partnerships by translating government priorities into actionable investment programs.
• Drive the implementation of ecosystem components, including technical assistance programs and co-investment structures.
• Coordinate cross-firm execution between Venture Capital, Legal, Government Relations, and Global Fundraising teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investment banking, development finance, venture capital, private equity, or structured finance.
• Hands-on experience executing complex transactions or investment vehicles, including blended finance.
• Proven experience working with governments, DFIs, or sovereign institutions.
• Demonstrated track record of supporting or leading fundraising processes.
• Deep understanding of emerging and frontier markets.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
