TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Golf): Managing a portfolio of golf course customers to drive product adoption and revenue growth with an accent on consultative selling and customer success. Focus on building long-term relationships, addressing churn risks, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across North America.

Location: Must be based in Canada (Montreal preferred, remote within Canada open).

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 CAD (including variable component).

What you will do

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of golf course clients to drive product usage and upsell modules.
  • Define success criteria with customers and ensure effective software utilization.
  • Act as a point of escalation for large customers to resolve issues and improve experience.
  • Identify opportunities for marketing case studies and reference accounts.
  • Perform regular reporting on portfolio health and maintain high CSAT/NPS scores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve account management processes and product feedback.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) is strongly preferred.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Experience managing an extended and complete sales cycle.
  • Strong background in customer success and maintaining SLAs.
  • Deep understanding of and passion for the golf industry.
  • Consultative, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset.
