What you will do

• Support New Product Development (NPD), VAVE, and improvement projects in a global design environment.
• Perform concept design, CAD modeling, and detailing using Solidworks.
• Develop comprehensive design packages including 3D models, assemblies, and BOM structures.
• Manage Change Orders (CO) to maintain organizational quality standards.
• Work independently to deliver technical assignments while adhering to project management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-3 years of professional experience with Solidworks, specifically within the sheet metal domain.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, detailing, and generating Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Working experience with PLM tools.
• Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not provided).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Experience in telecom or electrical enclosure design.
• Experience handling large CAD assemblies in Solidworks.
• Knowledge of External Simplified representation.
• Experience with Agile or PD cloud PLM tools.
