Sales Trainee

Salary: $19.95 - $22.05 per hour

What you will do

• Undergo a comprehensive training program to prepare for an Account Sales Manager (ASM) role.
• Provide route coverage for ASMs during absences or for special projects.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to increase sales.
• Ensure proper product rotation and brand flow according to company standards.
• Execute daily plans and meet KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, and displays.
• Support the team with audits, merchandising, and building in-store displays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in customer service and sales is considered a plus.
