What you will do
- Lead a team of 1-3 specialists to establish and grow relationships with Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs).
- Negotiate and sign new partnership agreements to connect partners to the software platform via API.
- Manage existing relationships, including contract reviews, tariff management, and resolving production issues.
- Collaborate with Roaming Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to maintain partner health.
- Act as an advisor for large customers to help them navigate the public charging ecosystem.
- Utilize internal tools including Salesforce, Confluence, Tableau, and Jira for partner management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in partnership management or business development.
- Previous experience in a SaaS company or within the automotive, energy, or CleanTech industries.
- Proficiency with software tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
- English: C1 level (excellent written and spoken) required.
- Location: Based in the UK, Germany, Austria, or the Netherlands.
- Willingness to travel internationally within Europe occasionally.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of roaming standards, specifically OCPI.
- Experience with data platforms like Atlan, Tableau, or Kibana.
- Proficiency in additional languages, particularly German.
