What you will do

• Define and execute the growth and product partnership strategy aligned with regional seller acquisition priorities.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact partnerships through executive-level negotiations.
• Drive measurable results in lead generation, seller acquisition, and pipeline contribution.
• Launch product partnerships with comprehensive go-to-market plans and co-marketing initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of partnership managers across key global markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or product partnerships.
• 7+ years in senior or executive leadership roles managing global teams.
• Proven track record of structuring and scaling high-impact partnerships with measurable revenue outcomes.
• Extensive experience in executive-level relationship management and complex negotiations.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, or payments is strongly preferred.
• Ability to execute locally while collaborating within a global organizational structure.
